This is a good general reference for anyone making their own pants, trousers, jeans; any article of clothing with a fly front. The example uses a Suitability pants pattern, and also can be used to substitute a button fly on patterns such as McCalls 4745 Civil War Costume.

Whats on the cutting table this week?

So, this week is going to be another one of those marathon video weeks for CyberSeams. I get requests all the time, and LOVE it - because many times people send in ideas of things I just wouldn't come up with. It works for me: gives me ideas, and it works for them: they get to see what they're asking to see.

So, if anyone has a topic request for a tutorial that includes either sewing, knitting or a craft project (or a combination thereof) please feel free to drop us a line!

So, what's on the cutting table right now? Well, we're working on tutorials for the following subjects: Knitting using the Continental Stitch method, Knitted Cast-On, and some hand sewing techniques.

In the not-too-immediate future, we've got more sewing-clothing tutorials. Some projects are ready for filming, but with such a hectic schedule lately, I'm having a little difficulty finding time to commit to them right this moment, so I'm not willing to make a commitment for the release date. I'm hoping they will be coming out in the next 2 months though - just in time for spring!

I'd like to thank everyone for taking time to check out the site and offer suggestions. My whole goal is to serve YOU, so I appreciate constructive feedback and notes of encouragement! Have a great week, everyone!
