Another New Free Pattern - For Straight Knitting Needles!

    We're happy to oblige with this new hat pattern, designed to be knitted with straight knitting needles. It's not totally plain - we threw in some decorative stitches - horizontal seed stitch lines - but you can easily omit them and still have great results. The ribbing on the base of the cap allows it to fit most heads.

Learning to knit? Here's some techniques!

We've also updated How to Knit - Weaving in Loose Ends with yarn needle techniques, to supplement the crochet needle option.


What's coming up? Well, we've received many requests for knitting with circulars and DPNs (double pointed needles) and also will be sharing some basic macramé knots. We've also got some basic sewing techniques in the works so keep your eyes open for more from Cyberseams!
